These suckers are super rare. Only introduced midyear 1970 as a stripped out Fairlane after the 1966-era compact models were built out. It didn't return for '71.

Because they were only on sale about 8 months, they were rare when new. And because they were stripped out family cars for tightwads (even the Fairlane was lower-rung, as higher-rung models were called Torino), people didn't see much point in saving them.

I've never seen one in person.
